Some of the best chinese food I've ever had! I have had chinese from several well acclaimed restaurants but this is the best by far. Countinuously good and very fresh. The owner is always so sweet. I highly recommend the special fried rice, white rice, and beef with chinese vegetables.

Two years ago, I found a dead fly in my sweet n' sour sauce.
Today, I discovered a piece of fingernail in my fried rice. Restaurant eventually compensated me for the meal after first trying to convince me it was part of a shrimp shell. C'mon you guys...I know the difference between a shrimp shell and a human fingernail. Especially after swishing this hard thing around in my mouth (see pic).
It's taking all the strength in me not to barf right now...not to mention I'm 15 weeks pregnant.

Been ordering from here for years but lately, they are super disorganized. Ordered for a party in person, days ahead of time. When I sent my brother to pick up my order the day of the party, they had no record of it. I texted him the receipt (thank god I had it), and they still didn’t know what happened to it so they said they’d make it right away and we had to wait a while. Meanwhile, my brother was missing the party waiting for the food.
Then tonight I ordered online for pickup and when my husband went to get it, he was told another person with my same name took my order. What? So anyone can just walk in with the same name and take another person’s order? Which by the way, the other person’s name was DIANA. How does that sound anything like Gabrielle? Very disappointed. I've been a faithful customer for over 20 years, yet this is the second time I place a take out order that is wrong . I order a special fried rice, no bean sprout and extra shrimp. What I got was an almost white rice, with extra bean sprout and barely any shrimp. The ribs were salty and old. The Won Ton soup was cold and tasteless. I don't know what's happening to them. From now on, I think I'll take my business somewhere else. Bad, bad, bad!!

Great food and service. We had the Mapo Tofu, Chicken with Baby Corn, and the House Special Fried Rice, which were tasty. Unfortunately the Mapo Tofu was not remotely spicy, but they had Chilli sauce available on the table so I used it.
I felt a weird scent cross my nostrils but I'm particularly sensitive to scents so I figured I probably imagined it and had a bite. That's when I realized the chili sauce was the source of the scent. I'm not exaggerating this: it smelled of vomit and rot. Needless to say my appetite was entirely ruined.
I took my leftovers home and had them today, and they were great! It's a shame, really. Staff: Please for the love of food, throw out those sauces and clean the containers. I'd go as far as to say inspect all the condiments and food to make sure they are good before serving.
People in reviews have been unfairly critical so I don't want to focus on that, but it's hard to excuse it considering it could make someone sick.

We have order food for Pick up several time before at this restaurant, but have not since 2020, because of a bad experience the last time. We thought we would give it a try again to our extreme disappointment. The Egg-rolls were EXTREMELY stale and dry. You could tell they were several days old. The Hot-n-sour soups was neither hot, spicy, or sour. It was gelatinous and thinker than any gravy you have ever seen even though I reheated it in the microwave, and it tasted old as well .The Honey chicken had no honey garlic sauce. I have been going to this place for years!! It was always my favorite because of its delicious food, huge portions, and friendly customer service. Never did I think I would be writing a negative review for this restaurant, but unfortunately, this restaurant’s terrible service over the last year has forced me to write this review. The food is still delicious, so I’ll give them that. But they just take FOREVER with their service. I’ve ordered delivery several times from them over the last few months and it always takes well over an hour to get my order. Today’s incident seemed like the others— I had already waited 2 hours for my food, and when i called to figure out what was taking them so long, I was notified that they didn’t have anything for me or any orders under my name. I was left annoyed, frustrated, and beyond hangry. With that said, I can sadly say they lost a loyal customer.

I never write bad reviews, but I came to this restaurant with my cousins from out of town and was very disappointed with the food. My cousin ordered a duck plate but could not finish it because the center of it was frozen. My cousins egg drop soup was not well prepared either. When we arrived home we all felt sick and 2 of us ended up throwing up on our yard. Our stomachs just didn’t tolerate the food, it was very poor quality. On top of that, the restaurants ambiance is quite literally scary. Inside, it’s dark, eerie, and suspicious. No music playing, and very few customers. It’s just not a good experience overall. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Although I'd like to see this restaurant updated to something more modern and light, I have no issues whatsoever with the rest of the experience. We had perfect little pan-fried Pork Dumplings in a thin wrapper. Inside just the right amount of juicy ground pork, and a tasty dipping sauce. Shrimp and snow peas that we were able to request in Oyster sauce, roast pork with vegetables, and Hot and Sour soup, all of which were prepared with fresh vegetables and were perfectly seasoned. And all for under $30. Well worth the visit.

I’m usually the nicest person in the world when it comes to curtesy and patience. However, I’m a doordash driver. I had an order come through just one order. I get there ten minutes later and the order wasent ready, which was fine. I literally walk to Publix to use the restroom to come back and it’s still not ready. I asked her how much longer and she said 40 minutes. I sit in my car and go back into the restaurant 20 minutes later because I see people coming in and leaving that showed up after me and it still wasent ready. On top of that, the place reeks of old mold. They costed me an hour of my time and pay.

I am very very very suprised that people even like this place, none the less gave it more than 1 star. I just ordered $65 worth of food, $81 through uber eats, and no one in my house, including my guests, could make it past one bite of each item we requested. The only thing that tastes decent are the egg rolls. Their General Chau Chicken is some bootlegged version of General Tso Chicken. The General Chau chicken, boneless ribs, and szechuan beef all taste identical. Which is extremely weird. Not sweet, not sour, just an extremely odd flavor that i have never tasted in any food ever. The flavor lingers even after using mouth wash. The special fried rice has no flavor whatsoever. Like it was washed with water after cooking. Im seriously confused as to why some people like this place. I mean i can understand if the people who own the business and work in the kitchen are Cuban and dont know what Chinese food is. But its even worse than that. The food simply tastes horrible for it to even be considered food.

A truly hidden gem in the heart of Kendall! It looks like they are Chinese-Peruvian because they have a Peruvian menu on the place, their rice is absolutely delicious and a must-try! We've been going there for many years, but we've noticed lately the service is really slow so if you're hungry, expect to wait to have your order taken, then expect to wait for your food then expect for 2 people @ your table to get their food and wait another 10 minutes before the rest of the food finally comes out. They don't come refill your drinks or ask if everything is OK either. It seems there's one waitress for the whole restaurant most times. They do give you decent servings, however, The place could use a make over, and it's definitely not a place to take a date. They have the TV blaring out of the ceiling speakers so if you don't understand Spanish you have no idea what they're saying on television. These pictures are of chicken lo mein, beef lo mein, and shrimp with lobster sauce & fried rice. The combo meals also come with two spare ribs, which are pretty good, a soup and an egg roll. We'll usually go there when we're craving Chinese food since the ones and our area closed down. The combo meals are definitely the way to go for the price. But expect to wait for your food to make its way out of the kitchen for everyone at your table.

Food not very good. The Chinese dish we get is usually good but when we ordered here it was surprisingly not good. Service is quiet and seems to avoid tables.

Family own, you will be treated like family .
Good price ,amazing flavor ,a lot of food per serving .Don't take your first date here specially if you want to impress her .Is a very informal place . Family and group gadering is excellent. Is a hidden Chinese jewel at the Crossing. Stop reading and Go! Haha.

Terrible service food was warm and seemed tp be from lunch served at dinner. The owner came n sat at the table with us and started eating the food while telling us the food was fine. Definitely not recommended.

2017: Dine-in somewhere else, unless you have the luxury of waiting forever! Service is horrible! It took at least 30 minutes for 1 dish and 1 soup to be ready, and the place was pretty empty. People who came in after us ordered the same dish and got served before us. I did notice they knew the waitress (favoritism?). They only got a 3 because the food is actually good. 2018 update: Delivery service is definitely much better. Food has been consistently very good.

The front end is not always the best since it's a revolving door of sometimes incompetent teenage girls, but the food more than makes up for it. They don't skimp on the food either!

This is by far one of the best Chinese restaurants in Miami. I am hooked with this place. William is very nice and he delivered right before closing time with no problem. He was very nice and had a great attitude. This is the best chinese takeout i have found so far in Miami. Always fresh and their special fried rice is delicious!

Ordered some lunch today and I was so glad . Ordered some pan-fried dumplings, egg roll and the Szechuan chicken (mild) lunch combo. The lunch combo can easily feed 2. The chicken was tender and perfectly spiced. Definitely worth checking this place out for a flavor filled lunch.

Ordered the sweet and sour chicken dinner combo for delivery.
I opened the bag and was greeted by 2 blackened spare ribs and a soggy eggroll. The pork fried rice was inedible because of the foul, bitter bean sprouts. And now the entrée.... the sweet and sour chicken was dry! No sauce at all, not even as a side in the bag. Crab rangoons were awful as well. Hopefully, the wonton soup that's sitting in my fridge will be decent.
Last time i order from this place. I should have learned from my last experience! Order from Mekong Chinese instead!

There is a mixed opinion on this Chinese restaurant. Quality of the food is at a very high-level and it is very affordable. Service, however, is entirely different story. Staff members are polite if you manage to get to them over the phone. It's a lottery whether they're going to pick up the phone or not. Also, on few occasions I waited for order to be completed for almost one hour..

This place is great for two reasons, price and quality. It's been here FOREVER. The restaurant is always near empty but don't let that fool you, the take out side is always busy. The service is great as well as their pork fried rice and honey garlic chicken. Love it!

Chinese food ok, just don't order Peruvian such as chaifa it isn't anything like the original. Check the bill especially if you're ordering delivery because they charge tax at 8 percent instead of 7 which is Miami-Dade rate. The manager stated it was because they serve alcohol. This is bull, they should only be charging 7 percent. I will complain to the country authority.

This place does not even deserve a star. As an out of town visitor who had no option but to order for delivery this place showed that they were a sorry excuse for a delivery restaurant. Not only did they tell me they delivered to my specific location and that they'd be there in 40 minutes and then have their driver first call me and couldn't find the place, on second thought the driver called back asked me to cancel my order cause they "didn't deliver" to the very precise location I had given them but this worker had the audacity to hang up on me. I say if you're going to lie at least have your story straight; there were a lot of discrepancies with them taking my address and saying they delivered and then them lying about the delivery once it got inconvenient for them. I hadn't eaten all day, I waited over an hour for food I never tasted, I got hung up on, and all the pathetic manager could do was add to lies and then say "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" after being caught in the lies. It is fair to say whatever they are serving is not worth wasting my money on. They need to get a clue on how to run a business. this place doesn't deserve four stars. disgusting.

I am extremely picky about my Chinese food. I don't even really care for Chinese but I love this restaurant. I will definitely order from them again. I I got a delivery order in a timely manner they showed up. I love the display of the food and how they put it together. My sweet and sour chicken will not get soggy. The fantail shrimp was not too long and full of batter it was just perfect. The staff was really nice and the lady on the phone spoke good English. :) ★★★★★

First, let me state that is was Sunday night and this may explain the negative experience.
There was only one person working the tables. Four other individuals, one manager and three girls seemed to be lazily working the phone in orders (only a few orders where called in) while the lone waitress attended to all the tables. This lady was taking order, serving and refilling drinks, bringing out the food, and closing the checks. At one point the manager was arguing with someone that had phoned it and received the wrong order, he was screaming into the phone and did not seem to consider how rude this was to all the seated customers having dinner.
The food itself was poor. We had pork with vegetables and general tsao chicken (they spelled it "chau" om the menu). The pork was bland, vegetables soggy, chicken batter also soggy, and the sauce tasted like the frozen one that comes with the frozen boxed general tsao sold as SAMs Club.
Even though this place has great reviews by other folk and it may have been poor choice because it was Sunday night, I'm not going back there and will certainly not recommend it to friends.
