Ordered the sesame lunch special and the coating on the chicken was too tough, didn’t taste fresh. Rice was the same way, it looked very dark, also didn’t taste fresh.

I will not eat here again! I orderd hot and sour soup and it was thicker then brown grave, kind of like clumpy gravy. I also ordered a party platter of chicken lo mein it was very overcooked and taste it off. Do not recommend!

I wouldn’t give this place more than 2 stars!! Food quality is very minimum, sesame chicken is definitely not chicken! Soup was somehow ok. I will not return to this place and I don’t recommend it.

I ordered beef and broccoli and the meat wasn't cooked. My daughter ordered the gau chicken and it was so over spiced it brought her to tears..spent 60 dollars and it was awful..

Was disappointed. Ask for a to go spicey chickens dinner with vegetables. It was small pieces of chicken peanut size.maybe 1/3 cup.the rest of tray was onion/ pepper not a spicy dish.all floating in a red sauce,flavor unknown.green beans also flowing in a red sauce

A friend bought me food from this place today, when I was getting down to the bottom of my dish I discovered a piece of metal in my food, it was a shaving off of something bigger but it was definitely a piece of metal, be careful and check your food

i had ordered dinner for my family, it took them over 3 hours to deliver my order!! i called multiple times with no answer. then finally they answered and transferred me to their manager. he said he’ll credit me back for half of my order and never did. he charged me full price for an order that took over 3 hours to get here. absolutely ridiculous!

Very nice people and delivery. EXTREME GREASE .. Chicken Chow Mien was just a few slimy strips of chicken over mound of slimy oily vegetables. The PuPu platter was solid hard grease. Expensive for such poor food. Hope they can get it together.

Great value and flavor. Your typical Chinese place with awesome lunch special deals. I got the General Tso chicken with white rice and an egg roll and my total was $8. I will definitely order again next time I have a craving for comfort food and am on this side of town.

Great hidden gem with a wonderful staff. Seating is limited making this location a great takeout spot, or just good for a couple people looking for good quality Chinese food. Their dishes are always on point and I love that with so many inconsistent restaurants out there. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I gave one star because I had to, and another for fast delivery to my hotel and nice delivery guy. The food was not good. I ordered egg foo young, and when I opened the lid it reeked like old grease. The smell was so off-putting I couldn't eat it. After it cooled off, I literally picked it up and squeezed it like a sponge and about a third of a cup of rancid grease came out. I was traveling through and was tired and hungry, and ended up eating out of a vending machine.

Do NOT use your bank card here. They charged me one day my order plus the tip, which was what they were supposed to do. Then the next day they charged just the order without the tip on my bank card. I feel like it’s a scam that they do there. That wasn’t done on accident. Pay attention if you’ve used your card here.

Perfectly prepared you are not guessing what is in your food you ask and the price may change a little but they will call you and let you know delivery ppl always nice food is always hot and yes fresh I'm not ordering from no one else in Winchester va thank you for a wonderful meal 👍🏽👍👍🏼👍🏾👍🏿

We used to eat at a different Chinese Restaurant in Winchester and just happen to try this one day and their food is AWESOME! They usually deliver food within 20 minutes and food is never cold. I would caution you about eating at the restaurant because the seating area is very small so if you have a big party, I would suggest you get it to go and it at home. Also, in the winter, it's very cold while your sitting due to the small area.

My family ordered delivery from Eastern Chinese for dinner in our hotel on a Saturday night. I thought it would be a long wait, but our food was delivered after about 20 minutes. Egg drop soup was spot on, and all of our meals were delicious and plentiful. Would order from them again if we come through this area again.

Ms. Lily makes authentic food and uses fresh ingredients. Not a lot of space to dine in - about 4-5 tables - but it's an option. Like the taste if this restaurant. They have a limited delivery area so ask first to make sure you're in it. Would be worth meeting at a delivery spot within their range. Food is worth it.

Over priced, small portions and off flavor . Tiniest spring rolls I have ever seen, smaller than the frozen ones from a grocery store. Wish House of Liu was still open. There hasn't been a great or good Chinese Restaurant in Winchester or Frederick County since they retired.

One of my new favorites, consistantly good food, service and prices. I have had many menu items and would rate each excellent. I ordered egg foo young for dinner about 3am woke up in serious abdominal pain. I'll spare you all of the details, but when I was finally able to leave the bathroom I went to urgent care. Turns out I have salmonella. Thanks so much for costing me multiple days of work and a lovely trip to urgent care. Really glad my toddler doesn't like eggs and refused to try it!

Small place fast Asian food typical appearance BUT the food is very, very good. They are very accommodating as well, in the pic is a order of Mongolian Beef minus the beef and I add string beans and carrots, and excellent all veggie dish. Paired with their excellent white rice(sticky delicious type). Also, their Dim Sum is a must eat when there.

Always a positive experience. Typically don't do 5 star reviews, but I really don't see you doing by much better for an equivalent venue in terms of type of food and value. They do have specials and combos which are reasonable in price and the service has always been friendly and attentive .

I just finished eating here and I can say it is the best Chinese food I have ever had. All of the food was fresh, and was very quick.
The server was very nice to me when I ask to alter the order after I payed.
I don't know about other people's experiences, but I can say that mine was excellent and I will come here again next time I am in town.

Food is normally good here but today I am very disappointed. I ordered a jalepeno chicken and hunan chicken and a side of lomein for delivery. It gets here and no jalapeño chicken..., called and they would not make it right,.. very rude! Said I never ordered it and if I wanted it, i would have to pay $13 plus delivery and would be 3rd I’m line for delivery!? Horrrible customer service even after speaking with a manager and I won’t order from eastern again!

Do not eat at this place!!! Ordered chicken lo Mein off lunch menu got to the bottom of my food and found a DEAD BUG. Went to get my money back an there were flies all around the place, told the lady I wanted my money back and she was very rude, told me to hold on and took a call in front of me. WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

Update: The food & driver were good enough I revoke absolutely any previous concern I had. They definitely have my business.
Their website lists General Tso's as $5.80... I figured there was no way this was the case, but I figured it was their menu after all...
So when I placed an order that would have cost approx. $11 from China Wok when I order from them and get a total of $16 before the delivery tip, etc.... I kind of start questioning what's going on.
The customer service or even willingness to explain the prices just didn't exist. I honestly don't understand what I did for the disrespect, but hopefully the food is good.
Apparently General Tso's and a small pork fried rice is $16.00...

Just lost my business placed a order gave me the total when they delivered it that's after I had to call and find out were it was they charged me almost five dollars more for the order after they already gave me the total and the food was not very good I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy very poor customer service and not so good food if I could they wouldn't have even got one star

Food is freshly made. Staff is fantastic and friendly. Good atmosphere. Prices are fair and you are served in a timely manner. Not to mention that they have a decent menu selection. My family and I have been visiting this place for a while now. Almost 2 yrs now. We eat here a minimum of 1 a month. We recently moved and are extremely excited that we live close enough for delivery. This is by far the best restaurant in town. Love you guys.

I Love It!!! All of the staff are incredibly friendly and the food is delicious! They have so many dishes to choose from and the chef makes signature dishes that you won't find anywhere else.
